Simply a Consultant | $250

Day of Wedding Coordinator | $2500

This package is for couples who have planned and coordinated all of your wedding details, but need assistance with day of execution. Our day or coordination package provides a little more than just showing up on the day of your wedding. We feel it’s important to begin our communication around your 2 month mark to check in on your planning process, take over vendor communication and assist in finalizing any last minute details.

Although it’s best to hire your wedding planner as soon as possible, it is our recommendation to book our day of wedding coordination package 6-8 months in advance to ensure your date is available.

Package Includes

• 1 lead planner and 2 event assistants

• Initial consultation to discuss your wedding day vision and needs

• Provides you with trusted vendor referrals 

• 1 site visit to understand overall layout and flow of the day

• While we are just a phone call away, you’ll have unlimited communication 2 months from your wedding date to ensure all logistics are taken care of

• Acts as vendor liaison for all logistical needs leading up to and on your wedding day; providing vendors with final timeline, and any other appropriate information to ensure everyone is on the same page

• 1 scheduled ceremony rehearsal and ceremony facilitation on your wedding day

• Complete setup and breakdown of event decor; includes loading all decor into a vehicle or storage room. 

• Creates wedding timeline, provides you with appropriate wedding checklists

• Cuing and monitoring timing throughout the event

• Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors

• Provides wedding emergency kit

Partial Wedding Package | $3800

For couples seeking assistance with more of the planning process. We’ll work with you to establish your overall wedding vision, assist with your design scheme, establish a floor plan that flows beautifully, and ensure all your wedding logistics are taken care of.

Although it’s best to hire your wedding planner and designer as soon as possible, it is our recommendation to book our partial wedding package 8-10 months in advance to ensure your date is available.

• Planning would begin shortly after our initial consultation with our communication increasing 6 months from your wedding date

• 1 lead planner and 2 event assistants

• 1 site visit to understand overall layout and flow of the day

• Creates 2 floor plan designs, tweaked to your specifications

• Creates 2 mood boards to determine your overall wedding vision

• Provides you with detailed wedding checklists for planning and decor

• Provides trusted vendors referrals and assist in communication with securing and planning with each select vendor

• Access to our planning software, available to you during your planning process providing you with our wedding checklists, budget tracking, timeline, seating chart, design boards and more.

Destination Wedding Package

For couples getting married outside of our home location of Michigan! Choose the wedding package that best suits your needs. Whether that is our day of coordination package or partial wedding planning package. Travel fees including lodging and transportation will be added to your quote after our initial consultation.

PLEASE NOTE

• Additional event assistants are added at an extra cost based on your guest count and how complex your decor elements may be.

• Travel fees will apply to venue locations outside of a 60 mile radius of Portage, MI. Lodging fees may also apply.

• Ready to book? We require a 20% non-refundable retainer to secure your date along with a signed contract.
