Your dream wedding is finally here! At Chastain Charm, we assist in creating timeless weddings with deeply personalized planning tailored to your vision. Expect a beautifully designed venue, thoughtful and refined décor with a seamless and organized timeline. Our experienced planners manage every detail with calm precision so you can fully enjoy each moment and cherish the elegant memories for years to come.


Day of Wedding Coordination Package | $2800

Our day-of wedding coordination package gives full support on your wedding day plus a few extras. It includes ceremony and reception floor plans, access to our Wedding Planning Platform, vendor and venue contract review, and more. About two months before, we confirm the timeline, coordinate vendors, finalize logistics, and handle last-minute details so your day runs smoothly and stress-free!

We recommend booking our day-of coordination 6–8 months before your wedding to secure your date.

Package Includes

  • 10-12 hours of service on your wedding day

  • 1 lead planner and 1-2 event assistants (dependent on guest count)

  • Initial consultation to discuss your wedding day vision and needs

  • Provides you with trusted vendor referrals 

  • Access to Aisle Planner, our wedding planning program. Utilize the program to its fullest with our in depth wedding planning checklist, design studio to create mood boards and color palettes, guest list and rsvp tracking, wedding website, track your wedding budget and more!

  • 1 venue visit to understand overall layout and flow of the day

  • 2 month call - check in on planning progress and discuss next steps to finalize details

  • While we are just a phone call away, you’ll have unlimited communication 2 months from your wedding date to ensure all logistics are taken care of

  • Acts as vendor liaison for all logistical needs leading up to and on your wedding day; providing vendors with final timeline, and any other appropriate information to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Vendor & venue contract review

  • Assists in your reception floor plan and ceremony layout

  • 1 scheduled ceremony rehearsal and ceremony facilitation on your wedding day

  • Complete setup and breakdown of event decor

  • Creates wedding timeline, provides you with appropriate wedding checklists

  • Manages the flow of events throughout the day and evening

  • Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Provides wedding emergency kit (sewing kit, lint roller, nail kit, tissues, feminine products, boob tape, high heel protectors & much more)


Partial Wedding Package | $3800

For couples who want more help planning: we’ll shape your wedding vision, create a cohesive design, set a smooth floor plan, and handle all logistics. We recommend booking our partial wedding package 8–10 months before your date to secure availability.

Package Includes

  • Includes everything listed within our Day of Wedding Coordination Package

  • Planning would begin shortly after our initial consultation with our communication increasing 6 months from your wedding date

  • 1 lead planner and 1-2 event assistants (dependent on guest count)

  • 1 venue visit to understand overall layout and flow of the day

  • 6 month, 4 month and 2 month video call - Check in on planning progress

  • While we are just a phone call away, you’ll have unlimited communication 2 months from your wedding date to ensure all logistics are taken care of

  • Creates 2 floor plan designs, tweaked to your specifications

  • Creates 2 mood boards to determine your overall wedding vision

  • Provides you with detailed wedding checklists for planning and decor

  • Provides trusted vendors referrals and assist in communication with securing and planning with each select vendor

  • Access to our planning software, available to you during your planning process providing you with our wedding checklists, budget tracking, timeline, seating chart, design boards and more.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Additional event assistants are added at an extra cost based on your guest count and how complex your decor elements may be.

  • Travel fees will apply to venue locations outside of a 60 mile radius of Portage, MI. Lodging fees may also apply.

  • Ready to book? We require a 20% non-refundable retainer to secure your date along with a signed contract.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice based on the companies discretion.
